Artwork Set Up Fee for Custom Products

All custom products require an artwork set up fee.

The artwork set up fee is to help cover the time that goes into drawing the artwork of your pets that then gets turned into your favourite products. The set up fee DOES NOT cover all of the time spent to create the artwork but is kept as low as possible to help you be able to have your pets made into something unique.

ARTWORK SET UP FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE DIGITAL FILES

If you wish to have a digital file of the artwork, please purchase a digital pet portrait along with the products you wish to turn the artwork into.

Please choose carefully your artwork set up fee as prices vary based on whether you want a proof before product is made along with revisions.

The artwork set up fee includes a maximum of 5 pets.

The artwork set up fee covers personal use only.

The artwork set up fee IS REQUIRED for all custom products to be made. If the artwork set up fee is NOT PAID with your custom order, an invoice for the artwork set up fee will be sent and your order will be on hold until it is paid. 

The artwork set up fee is payable once per design and kept of file for re-ordering of your favourite products or getting new ones made. If you have previously had artwork created via a custom product or digital pet portrait and want to use that artwork on custom products, you do not need to pay the artwork fee again. Please provide the name it was previously ordered under and if possible the order number to have the artwork used.
